In Saturday's non-league contest, the Wabasso Rabbits (Wabasso, MN) volleyball team overcame the host MACCRAY Wolverines (Clara City, MN), by a count of 2-0.
The Rabbits (15-10) will now prepare for their contest against Russell-Tyler-Ruthton (Tyler, MN). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 17-4 record. In their last contest, Russell-Tyler-Ruthton achieved victory over Murray County Central (Slayton, MN), 3-0, in a league battle.
The Wolverines now own a 19-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lac qui Parle Valley for a Camden battle on Tuesday, October 7. MACCRAY will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Litchfield (Litchfield, MN). The Eagles record now stands at 4-15.
