Minnesota High School Volleyball - Mahnomen/Waubun can't hold off Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County]

In Saturday's non-league match, the Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] Northern Freeze (Newfolden, MN) volleyball squad tipped the host Mahnomen/Waubun Thunderbirds (Mahnomen, MN), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Northern Freeze battle the Grygla-Gatzke Eagles (Grygla, MN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, October 6. Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] will attempt to better on its 9-11 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 6-10 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Kittson Central (Hallock, MN).

With the loss, Mahnomen/Waubun drops to 4-12 on the campaign. The Thunderbirds travel to Win-E-Mac (Erskine, MN) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 7.
