The Mercedes Tigers topped the host Porter Cowboys volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Saturday's league game.

Next up, the Tigers confront the Harlingen South Hawks (Harlingen, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 32 outing, on Tuesday, October 7. Mercedes will attempt to better on its 7-9 season record.
