Moore Lions (Moore, OK) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Norman North Timberwolves (Norman, OK), 2-0 in a league challenge.
The Lions (11-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Northside (Fort Smith, AR). The Grizzlies come into the non-league challenge with a 15-11 record. In their last challenge, Northside beat Norman North (Norman, OK), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Timberwolves face the Bishop Kelley Comets (Tulsa, OK) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, October 7. Norman North will attempt to advance on its 6-20 season record. The Comets go into the test with a 6-24 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Northside (Fort Smith, AR).
