The Pioneer Diamondbacks topped the visiting Pharr-San Juan-Alamo North Raiders volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Saturday's league game.
Next up, the Diamondbacks face the McAllen Memorial Mustangs (McAllen, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 31 game, on Tuesday, October 7. Pioneer will attempt to advance on its 28-4 season record.
The Raiders (11-14) will now prepare for their outing against Vela (Edinburg, TX). The Sabercats come into the 5A Region IV District 31 outing with a 29-6 record. In their last outing, Vela beat Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Memorial (Alamo, TX), 3-0, in a league outing.
