The University Prep Panthers topped the host Yreka Miners volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Panthers play the South Medford Panthers (Medford, OR) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 4. University Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 21-8 season record. The Panthers come into the outing with a 10-4 record after their 3-0 league win over Grants Pass (Grants Pass, OR).

With the loss, Yreka drops to 13-11 on the campaign. The Miners travel to Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA) to play the Falcons in a Northern outing on Tuesday, October 7. The Falcons go into the game with a record of 0-24. Central Valley lost 3-0 in their recent league game against University Prep (Redding, CA)
