The Chargers now sport a 6-8 record. They play next when they host East Chapel Hill for a non-league test on Thursday, October 6. Northwood will meet a Wildcats squad coming off a 4-0 league win over Southern Alamance (Graham, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 12-1.

With the loss, Cedar Ridge drops to 3-11 on the season. The Fighting red wolves host Person (Roxboro, NC) to meet the Rockets in a Central 3A test on Thursday, October 6. The Rockets come into the test with a record of 0-5. Person lost 8-0 in their recent league test against Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC)
