The Bears (10-6) will now prepare for their challenge against West Side (Dayton, ID). The Pirates come into the 2A South East Idaho challenge with a 12-2 record. In their last challenge, West Side went down by Malad (Malad, ID), 3-2, in a league challenge.

Next, the Cardinals encounter the Aberdeen Tigers (Aberdeen, ID) in a 2A South East Idaho challenge, on Thursday, October 6. Soda Springs will attempt to move on its 2-10 season record. The Tigers come into the challenge with a 1-13 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Grace Lutheran (Pocatello, ID).
