The Winnisquam Bears volleyball team (Tilton, NH), was nudged 3-2 in Wednesday's league challenge with the visiting Gilford Golden Eagles (Gilford, NH)

The Golden Eagles (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Coe-Brown Academy (Northwood, NH). The Bears enter the Division II challenge with a 11-1 record. In their last challenge, Coe-Brown Academy nipped Laconia (Laconia, NH), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Bears encounter the Plymouth Bobcats (Plymouth, NH) in a Division II challenge, on Friday, October 7. Winnisquam will attempt to move on its 6-6 season record. The Bobcats enter the challenge with a 1-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH).
