The West Park Panthers topped the host Oakmont Vikings volleyball team by a score of 3-1 in Wednesday's league test.

The Panthers now have a 17-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Nevada Union for a Foothill Valley League test on Monday, October 10. West Park will confront a Miners team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA). The Miners record now stands at 12-18.

The Vikings (1-15) will now prepare for their test against Ponderosa (Shingle Springs, CA). The Bruins enter the Foothill Valley League test with a 14-7 record. In their last test, Ponderosa gained a win over Placer (Auburn, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
