The Lincoln Charter Eagles volleyball team (Denver, NC), was edged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league challenge with the visiting Bradford Prep Bears (Charlotte, NC)

The Bears (7-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Corvian Community (Charlotte, NC). The Cardinals come into the non-league challenge with a 3-11 record. In their last challenge, Corvian Community was edged by Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Eagles encounter the Christ the King Crusaders (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Lincoln Charter will attempt to move on its 5-11 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 12-5 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC).
