The East Davidson Golden Eagles (Thomasville, NC) volleyball were winner over the visiting South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC), 2-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
With the win, East Davidson betters its record to 11-8 on the year. The Golden Eagles host Thomasville (Thomasville, NC) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 10. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 3-8.
The Wildcats now sport a 2-12 record. They play next when they travel to Central Davidson for a non-league outing on Monday, October 9. South Davidson will face a Spartans squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Montgomery Central (Troy, NC). The Spartans record now stands at 16-3.
