The Lake Minneola Hawks volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Leesburg Yellow Jackets to 0 in the Hawks non-league victory on Thursday.
The Hawks now possess a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mount Dora for a non-league game on Tuesday, October 10.
The Yellow Jackets (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Umatilla (Umatilla, FL). The Bulldogs enter the non-league game with a 11-2 record. In their last game, Umatilla defeated Wildwood (Wildwood, FL), 2-0, in a non-league game.
