North Carolina High School Volleyball - Southeast Guilford edged by Western Guilford

The Western Guilford Hornets held off the visiting Southeast Guilford Falcons volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Hornets now have a 7-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Southwestern Randolph for a non-league test on Monday, October 9. Western Guilford will confront a Cougars team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Wheatmore (Trinity, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 14-3.
The Falcons (6-9) will now prepare for their test against Northwest Guilford (Greensboro, NC). The Vikings enter the non-league test with a 10-2 record. In their last test, Northwest Guilford held off Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC), 2-0, in a non-league test.
