The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 2-1 league loss to North Rowan (Spencer, NC).

The Trojans now possess a 1-9 record. They take the field next when they host North Stokes for a Northwest 1A challenge on Monday, October 9. Alleghany will confront a Vikings team coming off a 10-1 league loss to Elkin (Elkin, NC). The Vikings record now stands at 1-8.
