In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Whitmer Panthers soccer squad scored a close 6-1 win over the Start Spartans.
The Panthers (6-7) will now prepare for their battle against Anthony Wayne (Whitehouse, OH). The Generals go into the Northern Lakes- Large battle with a 4-7 record.
The Spartans (6-5) will now prepare for their battle against Bowsher (Toledo, OH). The BlueRacers go into the non-league battle with a 5-8 record. In their last battle, Bowsher nipped Waite (Toledo, OH), 16-2, in a league battle.
