In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Bishop Neumann Cavaliers volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lincoln Christian Crusaders.
The Cavaliers (16-8) will now prepare for their battle against Scotus (Columbus, NE). The Shamrocks come into the non-league battle with a 8-11 record. In their last battle, Scotus lost by Beatrice (Beatrice, NE), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Crusaders clash with the Archbishop Bergan Knights (Fremont, NE) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, October 5. Lincoln Christian will attempt to advance on its 5-16 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 18-8 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Conestoga (Murray, NE).
