Kansas High School Volleyball - Bishop Ward routed by Maranatha Christian Academy

The Bishop Ward Cyclones volleyball team (Kansas City, KS), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league challenge with the visiting Maranatha Christian Academy Eagles (Shawnee, KS)

The Eagles (20-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Odessa (Odessa, MO). The Bulldogs enter the non-league challenge with a 20-2 record. In their last challenge, Odessa notched a victory over Clinton (Clinton, MO), 3-0, in a non-league bout.

The Cyclones now own a 0-11 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 10. Bishop Ward will play a Chargers squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over St. Mary's-Colgan (Pittsburg, KS). The Chargers record now stands at 27-4.
