The Ceres Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Johansen Vikings to 1 in the Bulldogs league victory on Thursday.
The Bulldogs now have a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Pacheco for a Western Athletic Conference game on Tuesday, October 10. Ceres will meet a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Davis (Modesto, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 7-22.
The Vikings (1-17) will now prepare for their game against Los Banos (Los Banos, CA). The Tigers enter the Western Athletic Conference game with a 8-18 record. In their last game, Los Banos dropped by Mountain House (Mountain House, CA), 3-2, in a league game.
