North Carolina High School Volleyball - Chase routed by Polk County

The Chase Trojans volleyball team (Forest City, NC), was dropped 3-0 in Thursday's league battle with the visiting Polk County Wolverines (Columbus, NC)

The Wolverines (19-1) will now prepare for their battle against East Rutherford (Forest City, NC). The Cavaliers come into the Mountain Foothills Seven 1A/2A battle with a 15-6 record. In their last battle, East Rutherford achieved victory over R-S Central (Rutherfordton, NC), 3-1, in a league battle.

Next, the Trojans clash with the Patton Panthers (Morganton, NC) in a Mountain Foothills Seven 1A/2A battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Chase will attempt to advance on its 9-8 season record. The Panthers come into the battle with a 4-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to Brevard (Brevard, NC).
