The Cougars (9-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The Pirates come into the BVAL - Santa Teresa East challenge with a 4-9 record. In their last challenge, Piedmont Hills defeated Independence (San Jose, CA), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Falcons encounter the Santa Teresa Saints (San Jose, CA) in a BVAL - Santa Teresa East challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Hill will attempt to move on its 15-8 season record. The Saints come into the challenge with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Live Oak (Morgan Hill, CA).
