The Summit Shasta Black Bears topped the host Cristo Rey San Jose Jesuit Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.
The Black Bears now have a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Pacific Bay Christian for a Private School - Bay test on Tuesday, October 10. Summit Shasta will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to University Prep Academy (San Jose, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 6-13.
The Lions (5-11) will now prepare for their test against University Prep Academy (San Jose, CA). The Golden Eagles enter the Private School - Bay test with a 9-10 record. In their last test, University Prep Academy gained a win over Pacific Bay Christian (Pacifica, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
