Nebraska High School Volleyball - David City can't hold off Sutton

In Thursday's non-league battle, the visiting Sutton Mustangs volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the David City Scouts.

The Mustangs (18-10) will now prepare for their battle against Fairbury (Fairbury, NE). The Jeffs come into the non-league battle with a 9-16 record. In their last battle, Fairbury nudged Southern (Wymore, NE), 3-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Scouts clash with the Heartland Huskies (Henderson, NE) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, October 10. David City will attempt to advance on its 12-10 season record. The Huskies come into the battle with a 6-19 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Superior (Superior, NE).
