Arizona High School Volleyball - Sierra Linda over Fairfax

The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Sierra Linda Bulldogs (Phoenix, AZ) and the host Fairfax Stampede (Laveen, AZ), saw Sierra Linda's volleyball squad beat Fairfax by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Sierra Linda upgrades its record to 8-3 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Central (Phoenix, AZ) to play the Bobcats in a 5A - Metro bout on Monday, October 16. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 9-6. Central won 3-0 in their recent league bout against North Canyon (Phoenix, AZ)

The Stampede now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they host South Mountain for a 5A - Metro bout on Monday, October 16. Fairfax will play a Jaguars squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Youngker (Buckeye, AZ). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-9.
