The Live Oak Acorns topped the visiting Santa Teresa Saints volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Acorns now have a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Independence for a BVAL - Santa Teresa East test on Tuesday, October 10. Live Oak will confront a 76ers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA). The 76ers record now stands at 2-9.

The Saints (6-5) will now prepare for their test against Hill (San Jose, CA). The Falcons enter the BVAL - Santa Teresa East test with a 15-8 record. In their last test, Hill was knocked off by Christopher (Gilroy, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
