The Seneca Fighting Irish topped the host Lowpoint-Washburn Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's league test.

The Fighting Irish now have a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Midland for a non-league test on Monday, October 9. Seneca will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Woodland (Streator, IL). The Timberwolves record now stands at 7-22.

The Wildcats (10-15) will now prepare for their test against Dwight (Dwight, IL). The Trojans enter the non-league test with a 8-20 record. In their last test, Dwight was knocked off by Marquette (Ottawa, IL), 2-0, in a league test.
