Tunstall Trojans (Dry Fork, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Magna Vista Warriors (Ridgeway, VA), 3-0 in a league match.
Next up, the Trojans clash with the Bassett Bengals (Bassett, VA) in a Piedmont match, on Tuesday, October 10. Tunstall will attempt to advance on its 15-3 season record. The Bengals come into the match with a 10-7 record after their 3-0 league win over Martinsville (Martinsville, VA).
With the loss, Magna Vista drops to 7-9 on the campaign. The Warriors host Staunton River (Moneta, VA) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league match on Monday, October 9. The Golden Eagles come into the match with a record of 5-10. Staunton River lost 3-0 in their recent league match against Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA)
