The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Powder Valley Badgers (North Powder, OR) and the host Wallowa Cougars (Wallowa, OR), saw Powder Valley's volleyball squad beat Wallowa by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Powder Valley upgrades its record to 19-3 on the year. The Badgers host Imbler (Imbler, OR) to play the Panthers in a 1A Old Oregon bout on Friday, October 6. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 14-10. Imbler won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Wallowa (Wallowa, OR)

The Cougars now own a 11-11 record. They play next when they host Elgin for a 1A Old Oregon bout on Friday, October 13.
