South Carroll Cavaliers (Sykesville, MD) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Westminster Owls (Westminster, MD), 3-2 in a league match.
Next up, the Cavaliers clash with the Manchester Valley Mavericks (Manchester, MD) in a MVAL - Chesapeake match, on Tuesday, October 10. South Carroll will attempt to advance on its 7-2 season record. The Mavericks come into the match with a 1-3 record after their 3-2 league win over Liberty (Sykesville, MD).
