North Carolina High School Volleyball - Winston-Salem Prep overwhelmed by College Prep & Leadership Academy

October 5, 2023: Winston-Salem, NC 27101

In Thursday's league battle, the visiting College Prep & Leadership Academy Royals volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Winston-Salem Prep Phoenix.

The Royals (8-10) will now prepare for their battle against Cornerstone Charter (Greensboro, NC). The Cardinals come into the Northwest Piedmont 1A battle with a 20-0 record. In their last battle, Cornerstone Charter achieved victory over Millennium (Mount Airy, NC), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Phoenix clash with the Bishop McGuinness Villains (Kernersville, NC) in a Northwest Piedmont 1A battle, on Tuesday, October 10. Winston-Salem Prep will attempt to advance on its 3-12 season record. The Villains come into the battle with a 15-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Bethany (Summerfield, NC).
