The West Branch Bears volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the host Wilton Beavers to 2 in the Bears league victory on Thursday.
The Bears now have a 11-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Dubuque for a non-league game on Saturday, October 7. West Branch will meet a Bobcats team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA). The Bobcats record now stands at 12-6.
The Beavers (17-8) will now prepare for their game against West Branch (West Branch, IA). The Bears enter the River Valley South game with a 11-11 record. In their last game, West Branch nipped Wilton (Wilton, IA), 3-2, in a league game.
