In Saturday's league outing, the host Damonte Ranch Mustangs soccer squad scored a tight 1-0 victory over the Carson Senators.

The Mustangs (7-1) will now prepare for their outing against Galena (Reno, NV). The Grizzlies go into the 4A Northern - Sierra outing with a 11-3 record. In their last outing, Galena got by Douglas (Minden, NV), 6-1, in a league outing.

Next up, the Senators confront the Reno Huskies (Reno, NV) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, October 12. Carson will attempt to improve on its 6-7 season record. The Huskies go into the outing with a 4-3 record after their 2-1 league win over Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV).
