The Northwestern Huskies soccer squad scored 5 points and held the host Waynedale Golden Bears to 2 in the Huskies league victory on Saturday.

The Huskies now hold a 8-4 record. They play next when they host Keystone for a non-league bout on Monday, October 7. Northwestern will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 7-2 non-league loss to Elyria (Elyria, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-10.

With the loss, Waynedale moves to 6-10 on the year. The Golden bears travel to Loudonville (Loudonville, OH) to play the Redbirds in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 8.
