Harwood Highlanders (Moretown, VT) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Montpelier Solons (Montpelier, VT), 3-1 in a league test.

With the triumph, Harwood advances its record to 11-1 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Stowe (Stowe, VT) to clash with the Raiders in a Capital test on Tuesday, October 8. The Raiders come into the test with a record of 10-1.

The Solons now have a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they host Lyndon Institute for a Capital test on Tuesday, October 8. Montpelier will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 5-1 league loss to U-32 (Montpelier, VT). The Vikings record now stands at 0-9.
