Notre Dame-Green Pond Crusaders (Easton, PA) backers exited the stadium pleased Saturday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Palmerton Blue Bombers (Palmerton, PA), 6-3 in a league test.

With the triumph, Notre Dame-Green Pond advances its record to 11-4 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Notre Dame (East Stroudsburg, PA) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Monday, October 7. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 2-11. Notre Dame lost 5-0 in their recent non-league test against Wilson Area (Easton, PA)

The Blue Bombers now have a 10-6 record. They take the field next when they host Northern Lehigh for a Colonial test on Tuesday, October 8. Palmerton will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 9-1 non-league win over Tamaqua (Tamaqua, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-10.
