The Eagles (8-0) will now prepare for their battle against Horizon Christian (Tualatin, OR). The Hawks enter the 3A/2A/1A-SD1 Special District 1 battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Horizon Christian was edged by Oregon Episcopal (Portland, OR), 3-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Valiants battle the Corbett Cardinals (Corbett, OR) in a 3A/2A/1A-SD1 Special District 1 battle, on Tuesday, October 8. Valley Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-2 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 6-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Horizon Christian (Tualatin, OR).
