The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Briarfield Academy Rebels (Lake Providence, LA) and the visiting Hebron Christian Eagles (Pheba, MS), observed Briarfield Academy's softball team notch a victory over Hebron Christian by a final score of 12-0.

The Rebels (10-2) will now prepare for their bout against Calhoun Academy (Calhoun City, MS). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 25-1 record. In their last bout, Calhoun Academy gained a win over Tallulah Academy (Tallulah, LA), 4-0, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Delta Academy Raiders (Marks, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 5. Hebron Christian will attempt to better on its 6-15 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Calhoun Academy (Calhoun City, MS).
