The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Centralia Panthers (Centralia, MO) and the visiting Hallsville Indians (Hallsville, MO), observed Centralia's softball team get by Hallsville by a tally of 4-2.

The Panthers (21-3) will now prepare for their bout against North Callaway (Kingdom City, MO). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league bout with a 19-10 record. In their last bout, North Callaway tipped Smith-Cotton (Sedalia, MO), 3-2, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Indians clash with the North Callaway Thunderbirds (Kingdom City, MO) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, October 5. Hallsville will attempt to advance on its 17-5 season record. The Thunderbirds go into the bout with a 17-9 record after their 8-0 league win over Silex (Silex, MO).
