The St. Elizabeth Hornets overwhelmed the host New Bloomfield Wildcats softball squad by a count of 13-0 in Saturday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Hornets meet the Eugene Eagles (Eugene, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. St. Elizabeth will attempt to upgrade on its 19-2 season record.
The Wildcats (14-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Hermann (Hermann, MO). The Bearcats go into the non-league challenge with a 10-10 record. In their last challenge, Hermann was routed by Wright City (Wright City, MO), 13-2, in a non-league challenge.
