The Burke Cougars topped the host Corsica/Stickney Jaguars volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league game.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Centerville Tornadoes (Centerville, SD) in a non-league game, on Saturday, October 5. Burke will attempt to advance on its 23-1 season record. The Tornadoes go into the game with a 8-8 record after their 3-0 league win over Irene/Wakonda (Irene, SD).

The Jaguars (9-11) will now prepare for their game against Andes Central/Dakota Christian (Lake Andes, SD). The go into the B Region 5 game with a 9-7 record.
