Georgia High School Volleyball - Colquitt County over Valdosta

Fans at Saturday's non-league contest between the Colquitt County Packers (Norman Park, GA) and the visiting Valdosta Wildcats (Valdosta, GA), observed Colquitt County's volleyball team top Valdosta by a count of 2-0.

The Packers (10-17) will now prepare for their contest against Camden County (Kingsland, GA). The Wildcats enter the non-league contest with a 14-16 record. In their last contest, Camden County was knocked off by Effingham County (Springfield, GA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Maclay Marauders (Tallahassee, FL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, October 8. Valdosta will attempt to move on its 16-14 season record. The Marauders enter the contest with a 7-14 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Liberty County (Bristol, FL).
