The West Ottawa Panthers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Covenant Christian Chargers to 0 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Panthers now have a 14-11 record. They play next when they travel to Byron Center for a non-league outing on Saturday, October 5. West Ottawa will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Reeths-Puffer (Muskegon, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-5.

With the loss, Covenant Christian drops to 10-23 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Caledonia (Caledonia, MI) to play the Fighting Scots in a non-league outing on Saturday, October 5. The Fighting Scots come into the outing with a record of 13-8. Caledonia won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Muskegon (Muskegon, MI)
