Next up, the Bobcats face the Waverly-Shell Rock Go-Hawks (Waverly, IA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 8. Western Dubuque will attempt to advance on its 12-8 season record. The Go-Hawks go into the game with a 11-16 record after their 2-1 non-league win over AGWSR (Ackley, IA).

The Hawks (5-20) will now prepare for their game against Waterloo West (Waterloo, IA). The Wahawks go into the non-league game with a 10-10 record. In their last game, Waterloo West gained a win over Washington (Cedar Rapids, IA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
