The Winnisquam Bears topped the visiting Manchester West Blue Knights volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Saturday's league game.

Next up, the Bears face the Gilford Golden Eagles (Gilford, NH) in a Division II game, on Wednesday, October 9. Winnisquam will attempt to advance on its 5-5 season record. The Golden Eagles go into the game with a 6-4 record after their 3-2 league loss to Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH).

The Blue Knights (1-9) will now prepare for their game against Manchester Memorial (Manchester, NH). The Crusaders go into the non-league game with a 1-9 record. In their last game, Manchester Memorial went down by Souhegan (Amherst, NH), 3-0, in a non-league game.
