The Verona Hillbillies volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the visiting Millburn Millers to 0 in the Hillbillies non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Hillbillies now have a 10-2 record. They play next when they host Newark Academy for a Freelance outing on Monday, October 7. Verona will play a Minutemen team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Mount St. Dominic Academy (Caldwell, NJ). The Minutemen record now stands at 3-9.

With the loss, Millburn drops to 13-7 on the campaign. The Millers host Montclair Kimberley Academy (Montclair, NJ) to play the Cougars in a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 8. The Cougars come into the outing with a record of 4-6.
