In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Mount Anthony Patriots volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Mount Everett Regional Eagles.
The Patriots (5-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Taconic (Pittsfield, MA). The Thunder enter the non-league challenge with a 8-4 record. In their last challenge, Taconic beat Pittsfield (Pittsfield, MA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Eagles meet the Monument Mountain Spartans (Great Barrington, MA) in a Pioneer Valley - Central challenge, on Tuesday, October 8. Mount Everett Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 0-9 season record. The Spartans enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 3-0 league loss to Putnam Vo-Tech (Springfield, MA).
