The Reserve Mountaineers (Reserve, NM) volleyball knocked off the visiting Mountainair Mustangs (Mountainair, NM), 3-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Mountaineers now possess a 10-3 record. They play next when they host Animas for a 1A District 2 bout on Saturday, October 12. Reserve will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Carrizozo (Carrizozo, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 5-8.
With the loss, Mountainair drops to 2-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Corona/Vaughn (Corona, NM) to clash with the Cardinals in a 1A District 3 bout on Tuesday, October 8.
