The Wilmer-Hutchins Eagles football squad scored 40 points and limited the host Ranchview Wolves to 22 in the Eagles league win on Thursday.

The Eagles now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they host Celina for a 4A-1 Region II District 7 battle on Friday, October 14. Wilmer-Hutchins will play a Bobcats squad coming off a 73-0 league win over North Dallas (Dallas, TX). The Bobcats record now stands at 5-1.

Coming up next, the Wolves play the Carter Cowboys (Dallas, TX) in a 4A-1 Region II District 7 battle, on Thursday, October 13. Ranchview will attempt to advance on its 2-5 season record. The Cowboys go into the battle with a 5-1 record after their 26-2 league win over Panther Creek (Frisco, TX).
