The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Pilgrim Academy Pioneers (Egg Harbor City, NJ) and the visiting Calvary Academy Warrior (Lakewood, NJ), saw Pilgrim Academy's soccer squad knock off Calvary Academy by a margin of 2-0.

The Pioneers now sport a 9-1 record. They play next when they travel to Veritas Christian Academy for a non-league test on Friday, October 7.

With the loss, Calvary Academy drops to 3-5 on the season. The Warrior host Atlantic Christian (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) to encounter the Cougars in a Tri-State Christian test on Tuesday, October 11. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 6-1. Atlantic Christian lost 1-0 in their recent league test against Pilgrim Academy (Egg Harbor City, NJ)
