The Jefferson Forest Cavaliers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Liberty Christian Bulldogs to 1 in the Cavaliers non-league victory on Thursday.

The Cavaliers now have a 7-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Timberlake Christian for a non-league game on Monday, October 10. Jefferson Forest will meet a Tornadoes team coming off a 2-1 league win over Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA). The Tornadoes record now stands at 17-4.

The Bulldogs (8-4) will now prepare for their game against Heritage (Lynchburg, VA). The Pioneers enter the non-league game with a 3-9 record. In their last game, Heritage was nudged by Brookville (Lynchburg, VA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
